EduTrack Meet is a multi-tenant SaaS platform designed for Islamic education institutions. It provides tools for admissions, classes, attendance, fees, salaries, reports, and related administrative functions.
3. Accounts and Eligibility
Institutions may create accounts and invite authorized users (administrators, teachers, students, parents, and staff). You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for unlawful purposes
- Upload harmful, infringing, or confidential content you do not have rights to share
- Attempt to access systems or data you are not authorized to view
- Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or its infrastructure
- Reverse engineer or scrape the Platform without permission
5. Institution Data
Institutions retain ownership of the data they enter into the Platform. By using the Platform, institutions grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that data solely to provide the service.
6. Subscriptions and Payments
Access to certain features requires a paid subscription. Fees, billing cycles, and cancellation terms are described on the pricing page or in a separate order. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.
7. Intellectual Property
EduTrack Meet and its content, trademarks, and technology are owned by Foredu.co.in or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our branding or software except as permitted through the Platform.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time subject to the cancellation policy in effect.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Foredu.co.in and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Foredu.co.in operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
